Wines purchased from William Knuttel are not for resale, and are for personal consumption only.

No minimum purchase is required.
Shipping of Wine
Shipments are via UPS and Fed Ex with orders being fulfilled by our shipping agent. We currently ship to the following states only: AK, AZ, CA, CO, FL, IL, MN, NV, NY, OR, TX, VA, WA, Washington DC. If you do not reside in one of these states but have an alternate ship to address that is in one of the listed states, please enter that address as the “Ship To” address when placing your order. Orders will normally arrive within 7 to 14 days, following credit card authorization.
Most deliveries are shipped on the first subsequent non-holiday weekday after payment is received or verified if by credit card. All wine shipments require a signature for receipt. Signatures must be obtained by individuals over the age of 21 years.
In instances where one or more items in your order is not available for immediate shipment, we will notify you and offer a substitution recommendation or offer to hold your order until all items are available for shipment. We cannot ship alcohol to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
William Knuttel reserves the right to delay the release of shipments to ensure the highest quality of products at the time of arrival.
Shipping Costs
UPS Ground is William Knuttel’s carrier of choice. Ground shipping is provided by UPS at current market rates. *Note – If the customer selects UPS Air as his or her carrier, the customer pays all shipping charges, regardless of his or her wine club membership or purchase amount.
Wine is a Delicate Commodity
Wine is a perishable commodity. Wine does not like extremes of temperature: hot humid summer and cold winter weather may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment. William Knuttel is not responsible for, and will not replace wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment. When your wine order is picked up by the common carrier for delivery, responsibility for the wine becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.
